London’s Love, Hope & Joy

When Oakmont took possession of 3 Henrietta Street, on London’s Covent Garden piazza, this summer, we were delighted that the four-storey building would be home to an art installation from British artist Anthony Burrill.

With the words of Love, Hope & Joy emblazoned across the building in a bold typography the message is definitely one of positivity during an otherwise very challenging time for London and the world.  100 limited edition prints of the artwork were sold to rise money to NHS Charities Together.

3 Henrietta Street is a Grade 2 listed building, that Oakmont are converting from its current state as a disused office building, into a new restaurant.  The scheme will include alteration and refurbishment works, comprising of demolition, temporary works, steelwork, heritage repairs to a historic staircase, new ground floor rear extension, new glass skylight and lantern rooflight installation, Sash Window overhaul, fire protection, M&E services, basement waterproofing and internal repairs to the building fabric.
